All content is provided for research and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

2. Experimental & Research Nature of the Service

EvalRun provides experimental tools that allow users to stream live market data, compute technical indicators, train machine-learning models on historical data, and generate forward price predictions. These tools are inherently uncertain and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or misleading.

Machine-learning models are sensitive to data quality, market regime changes, volatility, liquidity conditions, parameter selection, and random initialization and training variance. As a result, outputs may change between runs and may not be reproducible. Past performance, including historical metrics, is not indicative of future results.

3. Trading Risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your capital. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. EvalRun makes no guarantees regarding profitability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any output. Any reliance you place on the Service is strictly at your own risk.

EvalRun is not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser, a portfolio manager, or a fiduciary. EvalRun does not execute trades, hold client funds, or provide personalized investment recommendations. If you require professional advice, you should consult a qualified and regulated financial adviser.

Market data is provided by third-party providers and may be delayed, incorrect, incomplete, or interrupted. EvalRun does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or outputs. Service availability may be affected by third-party outages, network failures, or system maintenance.

6. Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvalRun is not responsible for any trading losses, financial losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service. EvalRun is not responsible for decisions made based on model outputs, indicators, or analytics. You accept full responsibility for all outcomes resulting from your use of EvalRun.

7. User Responsibility

By using EvalRun, you confirm that you understand the risks involved in trading and investing, you will conduct your own independent research, you will not rely solely on EvalRun when making financial decisions, and you agree that all use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Accounts, Plans, and Cancellation

An account is required to use the research tools. The free tier includes limited model training and forecasts. Full Access is a paid monthly subscription. The price is the one shown at checkout, and payment is handled by Stripe.

You can review or cancel Full Access from your account page, which opens the billing portal. Full Access stays available while the subscription is active. When it is no longer active, the account returns to the free tier and paid features stop. Cancelling does not delete your account or the research already saved on it.

9. Reviews

Each account can leave one review. A star rating is required. A comment is optional. If you tick the option to share your experience, EvalRun may display that comment. If you do not, the review stays private to your account.
